27 West Victoria Street Amherst, NS B4H 3G5

Orchard Apartments is on the market! This well known historic property has wowed Amherstonians for decades. Now a 4 unit apartment building, the new owner can occupy one of the units or perhaps restore to a single family mansion. With 2 two bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms, all units are in fine shape with long term tenants. Beautiful mouldings and hardwood floors are found throughout. A metal shingle roof was installed in 2014 at an expense of $40,000! The attic area has plenty of headroom and space as well, potential for another unit. The land is massive totalling 1.2 acres and flat across the board. There is potentially lots of room for building some more units. Make it a compound! Perfect location, a short walk from downtown.
